Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy:

Orders typically ship in 1-2 business days once placed. In the continental U.S., our orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days from time of shipment.

All shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Return Policy:

Tiny Tents has a standard 30-day return policy from the date of order. Returned goods must be unused and returned in the condition in which they were shipped. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping goods back to Tiny Tents unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Please email SmallBeans@TinyTents.com to schedule your return. We kindly ask for 3-5 business days upon receiving orders to process returns.
